The Feast Day took place on June 27, 2018 at St. Joseph`s Ukrainian Catholic Church to commemorate Blessed Martyr Vasyl Velychkovsky. Jesus Youth is a group from Toronto, Ontario that originated in India and minister all over the world. Dr. Joe José and his family visited the shrine along with Boban, Philip, Alvin, and Steven who are doing ministry work among the First Nations people. They are currently on their way to Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan.
On May 30, Bishop Athanasius visited the Blessed Vasyl shrine with Alex Begin, Rev. Canon Adrian Sequeira and Dr. Peter Kwasniewski.
